Biography
Leo Guerra is a litigation attorney focusing on civil and criminal matters, including commercial disputes, creditor and debt collection litigation, and business-related enforcement actions. He represents businesses and individuals in contested matters involving breach of contract, collection and enforcement proceedings, and related litigation, bringing a practical, results-oriented approach to every case.
Leo’s practice emphasizes disciplined litigation strategy, efficient motion practice, and clear client communication. His experience spans all phases of litigation, from pre-suit analysis and pleadings through discovery, hearings, and trial-level resolution. He also brings prior experience from a corporate environment, which informs a business-minded approach to litigation strategy, risk assessment, and case management.
Leo is admitted to practice in Florida and regularly appears in state courts throughout Florida. He is fluent in Spanish, enabling clear and effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients throughout all stages of litigation.
Outside of practice, Leo has participated in community service organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of the USA, Optimist International, and the American Red Cross. He also enjoys distance running and has completed multiple half marathons.
