John R. Kelso, Partner of the Firm, is a graduate of Princeton University (B.A.) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D.), and has been involved in commercial and family litigation in South Florida since 1970. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Dade County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States; the United States Court of Appeals for the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh, Eleventh and Federal Circuits; the United State District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida and Central District of Illinois; and the United States Court of Federal Claims. His practice has included complex commercial matters litigated in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as family matters in both the trial and appellate courts of Florida.
