Obtaining and Enforcing Judgments
If a debt was incurred in Florida, we will file suit against the debtor and work to obtain a judgment. Upon obtaining the judgment, we will then work to satisfy the judgment, be it by garnishment, execution and sheriffs’ sales, levy, attachment or other legal means. We will take every step necessary to locate and seize assets. Our firm also domesticates and enforces judgments. If a judgment was obtained in another state or country, our law firm will work to domesticate the judgment and take all steps necessary to enforce the judgment in Florida. We handle cases in all 67 countries in Florida.
We Fight Delay to Make Them Pay
Our fees are on a contingency, retainer or hourly basis, depending on the type of debt or nature of the case. Contact Lewis J. Levey to speak with a skilled lawyer about your company’s legal needs.
