Todd A. McDowell, Of Counsel to the Firm, is a graduate of California Western School of Law (J.D.). He has been active as a civil litigation lawyer in the Central Florida Area since 1988. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Federal Bar of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Federal Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He is also a member of the Brevard County Bar Association and practices commercial litigation and maritime law throughout Brevard County.
