Jon A. Schiffrin, Of Counsel to the Firm, was admitted to the Florida State Bar in 1996, the District of Columbia Bar in 1998 and the Commonwealth of Virginia Bar in 2004. Mr. Schiffrin is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida (J.D. 1996) and the University of Florida (B.S. 1992), and is a former Trademark Examining Attorney for the United States Patent and Trademark Office where he reviewed thousands oftrademark applications seeking registrations. Mr. Schiffrin has represented Fortune 500 companies and start-ups with regard to managing their respective trademark portfolios and offers intellectual property counseling, prosecution, licensing and enforcement services.
