Gary A. Appel ,Of Counsel to the Firm is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law (J.D.), and the University of Miami School of Law (LL.M. Taxation). He is admitted to the Florida, Connecticut and New York Bars. Mr. Appel has extensive prior business experience with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc., Real Estate Tax Services, Inc., and Deloitte & Touche. He is involved in a variety of organizations including the Coral Gables Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the American Cancer Society and the Florida Asset Management Association. In addition to commercial litigation, Mr. Appel also practices law in the areas of real estate and ad valorem taxation.
