David E. Magilligan practices in the areas of civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Magilligan graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007. While there, Mr. Magilligan was elected Student Bar Association President for two terms. Upon graduating from University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Magilligan was an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office where he was responsible for the investigation and prosecution of felony crimes. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Magilligan earned his Bachelor’s of Arts from Loyola University Maryland. Mr. Magilligan is currently Vice-Chair of the University of Miami Law Alumni Association’s Young Alumni Committee.
