Cyrus A. Bischoff, Of Counsel to the Firm, practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Collection Law and Criminal Defense.  Prior to joining the Firm he served as a special appointed Public Defender in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and handled numerous Immigration Deportation and Removal cases since 2002.  Prior to practicing law, Mr. Bischoff was in business for himself in the Washington, D.C., area since 1991.  He is a member of the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of International Trade, the D.C. Court of Appeals, as well as the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
